Minor Requirements
The Construction Management minor consists of three core courses (12 credits) and eight credits of electives.
Core Courses
Complete the following three required core courses (12 credits):
- CMA 1010 - Introduction to Construction Management Credits: 4
- CMA 2050 - Construction Estimating Credits: 4
- CMA 2060 - Construction Scheduling Credits: 4
Required Elective Courses
Choose eight credits from the following:
- CEN 2020 - Surveying and Lab Credits: 2

- CEN 3071 Introduction to GIS Credits: 4
