EXS 3365 - Applications of Strength and ConditioningCredits: 4 The purpose of this course is to teach students the foundational levels of coaching exercises and human movement as well as give them strategies on how to develop their “coaching eye.” This course provides students with the appropriate setting in which to apply the principles of strength and conditioning which are taught in Strength and Conditioning I and II. Emphasis is placed on assessment of athletic performance as well as the development of musculoskeletal flexibility, speed, agility, quickness, strength, and power. Prerequisites: EXS2345 and EXSXXXX (Strength and Conditioning II).
