Mission
The Merrimack College School of Nursing and Health Sciences prepares students to effectively serve as professionals and leaders in their communities and fields by providing a quality, innovative education built upon a strong science, technology, and real-world foundation, integrated with the liberal arts and shaped by Augustinian traditions and values.

The School of Health Sciences will be broadly recognized as a leader in the preparation of highly skilled, compassionate, and ethical health professionals.
Description
The School will foster a strong sense of community through its interprofessional approach, and will be an exemplar in contributing to the common good and the welfare of others, particularly underserved communities and populations, through its commitment to service and focus on teaching and research activities that address societal problems and health care disparities.
