EXS 4348 - Exercise Program DesignCredits: 4 Formerly: SME4348 This course is designed to provide students with the foundational skills and principles associated with program design and fitness training considerations for the healthy population in personal training and performance settings. These programs may aid in injury prevention, performance enhancement, and overall general fitness for healthy populations. Program development will be based on theories of program design and may be achieved through periodized manipulation of acute and chronic training variables. Prerequisite(s): EXS 2345 , EXS 3311 , EXS 4411 and EXS 3347 with a C or better
