Minor Requirements

A minor concentration in Spanish requires a minimum of 18 credits consisting of a minimum of 5 courses in Spanish with the SPA prefix. Minors with a concentration in Spanish are required to take SPA 3200  (Introduction to Advanced Studies) after they take SPA 3010  or SPA 3020  and before they proceed to upper level courses. Depending on whether the course is being taught in the Spring or the Fall, majors and minors may be allowed to take an upper level course before taking SPA 3200 .
