Learn more about the program
The non-profit sector is among the most dynamic and fast growing in the United States, but few leave colleges prepared to work and effectively lead in this area. This three-course sequence will give participants the tools they need to understand the broader landscape of community non-profits, to learn management and leadership skills specific to non-profit organizations, and to learn the development techniques needed to sustain an organization over time. This program has been designed to allow employees and leaders of nonprofits to pursue these skills and techniques in a finite period of time and without leaving their current position. This certificate is available online. Each course has required synchronous and asynchronous components.
