Merrimack’s Construction Management program provides students with a strong foundation in business and managerial skills, as well as the basic science, mathematics, and technical disciplines needed to succeed in the dynamic construction management field.  Mixing theoretical coursework and hands-on learning experiences, students delve into various aspects of construction project management, sustainable construction practices, technical skills, safety, and industry standards. A required co-op allows students to put into practice what they have learned, and then return to the classroom with a renewed understanding of the purpose and reason behind coursework.

Graduates of the Construction Management program are well-positioned to become effective leaders and professionals in the construction industry. With a curriculum designed to meet the evolving needs of the field, the program prepares graduates to excel in roles such as project managers, site supervisors, estimators, and construction coordinators within the commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors of development.
