The Science and Religion minor, as its name suggests, is designed to give insight into the two most powerful influences on human society and culture: science and religion. The minor provides more than the basic literacy necessary to understand contemporary Western society, enabling you to investigate the variety of ways to think about how these two areas of human activity are related to each other.

Minor Requirements


The minor is comprised of a minimum of five courses (a minimum of 18 credits), as outlined below.

Science Courses


Choose one course from each of two of the following programs: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Computer Science.

Choose two courses from the following, only one of which can be in ethics/values:
