Merrimack College’s Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program provides students with industry skills in system administration, data and information management, system analysis and design, networks and security, web and mobile development, and project management. The curriculum emphasizes flexibility and mobility through heavy emphasis on practical application, experiential learning, and professional development while students learn to manage, build, deploy, and maintain network and data system solutions.

Major Requirements


Satisfying the requirements for the major in Computer Science includes completing a minimum of seventeen courses (68 credits) in the major and related courses. Students must take eight core courses, four depth electives, four breadth electives, and one required capstone course, as outlined below.
