This is a 16-credit graduate certificate, based on current practices in the field that will provide teachers and other K-12 personnel with an opportunity to explore school leadership. These courses prepare students to take on grade level and building level teacher leader roles. Courses in this certificate can be used towards the C.A.G.S. program if students decide to pursue endorsement in School Administration in the future. This certificate provides coursework in areas of the field assessed by the Massachusetts PAL assessment.
