The Human Resource Management concentration aligns with the guidelines created by the Society for Human Resource Management, spanning topics like training and development, benefits design, personnel policies and procedures, labor relations, and recruitment. You’ll learn how to maximize employee performance and productivity to meet corporate objectives.

In addition to satisfying the core requirements for the major in Business Administration, students concentrating in Human Resource Management complete five core courses in the concentration.
