Today, more than ever, businesses of all sizes and across different industries are globally connected. Whether firms are managing their international operations, importing, exporting, or competing with foreign players in their own backyard, this global connectedness demands managers who can address the complexities of the international business environment. In our cross-disciplinary global management program, you’ll gain proficiency in a foreign language and develop the managerial competences required to drive business success in a globalized world.

In addition to satisfying the college’s general education requirements and the cognate and core requirements for the major in Business Administration, students concentrating in Global Management complete the following courses:

In pursuing a Global Management concentration, you’ll be required to show evidence of competence (fluency or FLATS/CLEP exam) or completion of one foreign-language course at the intermediate level or above. If you place into (and complete) an intermediate level course to fulfill the foreign language requirement to the Liberal Studies core, that course can also be used to fulfill this requirement.
