Minimum number of credits required to graduate:  124

Minimum Cumulative GPA required to graduate:  2.0

Minimum number of credits to complete the minor: 18

Satisfying the requirements for the minor in sociology includes completing a minimum of 18 credits and a minimum of 5 courses in the minor, as specified below. Students must achieve at least a 2.0 grade point average in their minor courses.

Minor Requirements

The sociology minor requires completing a minimum of 18 credits and a minimum of 5 courses. Students must achieve at least a 2.0 grade point average in their minor courses. All sociology minors must complete SOC 1000. In addition, sociology minors must select four (4) other sociology courses as electives.
