Strategic Human Resource Management, Certificate

With a Strategic Human Resource Management Certificate, students will examine the critical role of achieving an organization’s strategic objectives as they relate to human capital. Students will gain deep knowledge of topics related to negotiations, conflict resolution, maximizing organizational performance, and using analytics to make informed decisions in a diverse workplace.
