The minor in Inter-religious Relations explores the relationship between diverse religious traditions, with a particular emphasis on the relationship between Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. It sheds light on how relationships between religions can influence culture, politics, and society around the world. Courses in this minor explore how relations between religious traditions can lead to conflict and violence, and also how they can bring communities together to work toward reconciliation and peace. This minor enriches all other courses of study at Merrimack College and provides valuable tools in any career. The Inter-religious Relations minor consists of 20 credits. There are two required courses, and three electives.  |
