CEN 6980 - Master’s ProjectCredits: 4 This course serves as the culminating experience for students in the Master of Civil Engineering program, Project Track. Students work independently under the supervision of a faculty advisor to apply knowledge and skills developed throughout their coursework toward an applied engineering project or research endeavor. Projects may involve the design, analysis, and/or implementation of a technical solution to an identified problem or a detailed study in a specialized engineering area. The course emphasizes professional practice, critical thinking, and effective communication, and requires the submission of a comprehensive technical report. Project topics may originate from industry collaborations, faculty research initiatives, or student-proposed ideas, subject to advisor approval.
