COM 5620 - Communication and Leadership

The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with key principles of leadership, as well as to demonstrate how communication informs both the theory and practice of guiding others toward common goals and ethical outcomes.Critical to student success in this course is a willingness to engage with and discuss theoretical foundations, follow instructions and work as a team, as well as demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, clear thinking, and practical application of the principles taught.
