HSC 5380 - Foodservice Management

Credits: 4
This course will examine food safety as well as the management practices utilized to plan, direct, coordinate, and control food services. Students will gain a deeper understanding of food service through supervised experiential learning, a series of problem-based learning activities, as well as didactic coursework. Completion of an introductory nutrition course, such as HSC2300, is required.
