HDE 1600 - Biological Bases of Development

Credits: 4
This course will introduce students to the structure and function of the human brain and the biology of human behavior. It is designed to introduce students to the fundamental concepts of human biology. Special emphasis will be placed on brain development across the lifespan, including developmental disorders. In this course, students will learn about a variety of systems including those involved in vision, attention, memory, language and movement.
