Leadership development goes beyond understanding leadership concepts and theories and includes building and acquiring concrete leadership skills to inspire and organize people to achieve tangible results. Accordingly, this course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of fundamental leadership approaches, theories, and skills to; enhance students’ ability to apply such understanding to analyzing and addressing various leadership problems and challenges in organizations; and to develop actual “hands on” leadership skills.
Prerequisite(s): At least sophomore standing.
