Opportunities are often three, six, or twelve month positions, and vary depending on the major and desired time until graduation. Students may participate in the fall, spring or summer semester. Interested students should contact their career advisor in the O’Brien Center for more information or to discuss opportunities.
Prerequisite(s): (1) Must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours to participate, (2) Must have a 2.0 minimum GPA, (3) Must complete a minimum of 30 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months, (4) Must register the cooperative education with the O’Brien Center using Handshake, (5) Student and site supervisor must set learning goals for the cooperative education experience, (6) Student and site supervisor must complete a post co-op reflection of the experience. Student must have approval through the O’Brien Center with oversight from the student’s faculty or academic advisor.
