THR 2570 - Technical Production for the Theatre

This class introduces students to the techniques and industry standards used in technical theatre. Students will learn how to safely and effectively use equipment and tools associated with scenic, lighting, sound, painting, rigging, and properties construction. Additional weekly lab hours are required outside of the classroom when students will engage in experiential learning through the application of class exercises to the construction of main-stage theater department productions.
