ACC 5360 - Forensic Accounting

This course will introduce you to the United States court systems, where forensic accountants are expected to testify as expert witnesses. Information covered in this course include how to properly and legally obtain evidence, as well as preserve evidence for use in judicial proceedings. We will also cover the standard of proof needed in civil and criminal matters. The material covered in this course should be of interest to forensic accountants and fraud auditors.
