MGT 5330 - Leading Creativity and InnovationCredits: 2 Formerly: GMGT5940 This course focuses on how to generate novel and useful ideas and how to implement them, as well as how leaders facilitate these processes. Based on both psychological and sociological perspectives on management, the course will explore the determinants of creativity and innovation at the individual, group, organizational, and inter-organizational levels of analysis. Students will become familiar with current thinking in the field, and apply their knowledge and understanding to practical business situations and case studies.
