FIN 3333 - Credit Analysis

This course is designed to provide a working knowledge of corporate and private credit analysis and will focus on the implementation of practical analysis methods. Topics will include qualitative and quantitative analysis of loans, economics models, cash flow projection techniques, forecast of financial statements, personal credit scores, commercial lending, tax returns, and risk management. Emphasis is placed on realistic case studies and on the RMA (Risk Management Association) certificate. This course is specifically relevant for those wishing to pursue a career as a credit analyst, financial analyst, or a loan officer.
Prerequisite(s): FIN 2500
