RTS 1610 - Doors to the Sacred

As a Christian introduction to the manifestation of the transcendent in everyday life, this course will explore the nature of the sacraments in scripture, and Christian writers throughout history. We will also look at how the transcendent is manifested in liturgy, art, music, and literature. In keeping with the College’s Augustinian identity, mission, and vision, this course will highlight the contributions of St. Augustine.
