COM 4540 - Crisis Communication

The course will examine issues that develop during and post-crisis phases and discuss unique goals and strategic practices in each phase. Emphasis will be placed on practical application of crisis communication theories and concepts to real-life issues, with historic and contemporary examples of crises and activities that public relations professionals do for crisis management.
