Credits: 2This course will provide the student with a knowledge of a variety of fraud schemes, how to prevent them, how to investigate them, and how to document their findings. We will consider the auditors’ role in investigating scams, employee fraud schemes, and fraudulent financial reporting. Specifically, the course will give the students hands-on experience with a simulated case study of a fraud.
