Sociology Minor

Satisfying the requirements for the minor in sociology includes completing a minimum of 18 credits and a minimum of 5 courses in the minor, as specified below. Students must achieve at least a 2.0 grade point average in their minor courses.

SOC 1000 - The Sociological Imagination Credits: 4
SOC 2000 - Social Inequality - Class, Gender, and Race Credits: 4 (Spring)
SOC 3000(W) - Social Theory Credits: 4 (Fall)
SOC 3100 - Research Methods Credits: 4 (Fall)
One (1) additional sociology course. Credits / Units: 4
