PHL 2700 - Philosophy of the Social SciencesCredits: 4 How do the various social sciences (economics, history, political science, psychology, and sociology) conceptualize and value human activity? What methods and explanatory categories are shared and at which points do the various disciplines diverge? The ethical, epistemological, and ontological assumptions in the historical development of the social sciences will be examined as a way to answer these questions. Prerequisite(s): PHL1000
