POL 3122 - Issues in Public PolicyCredits: 4 This course examines selected contemporary issues in public policy at the national level of politics in the United States. Examples of policy areas include, but are not limited to, national security, economic stabilization, immigration, and global warming. Students will complete a 20-25 page research paper on a selected topic. Prerequisite(s): POL 1100 and POL 2121 Fulfills: Social Science distribution requirement. SOSC requirement and X in LS Core.
